A nice porch

This is my friends back porch in Bulverde, Texas. I think it's just about perfect. What was more perfect was the time spent with dear friends. Wish that could be bottled up and sold!

My prayer for today:
Dear God, thank you for the many blessings in my life. Thanks for my job, as stressful as it may be. Thank you for the brain I have that is still working to solve all the problems and challenges that are put in my way. Thank you for your love.
Bless those who don't believe in your glorious existence. Protect those who need it most.

So, we survived a terrible drought in 2011 - one in which a wildfire claimed the lives of all of our horses. The Osgood-Lagrone monument company donated this headstone so that we would remember our beloved pets that didn't make it. Thanks, guys.
